Closing letters

For closing letter requests, please go to Association Ready.

·         Riverside Property Management utilizes Association Ready for all closing letter requests.

·         No emailed or faxed requests will be accepted by the Riverside office.

·         All closing letter requests must be received from an attorney’s office.

  • Please note, all closing letter requests must be paid in full before the letter will be processed.

·         Closing letters are $150 each

·         Closing letter requests are subject to rush fees if requests are made close to the closing date.

·         A rush fee of $85 is placed on orders needed within 3 business days or less.

·         Closing letter updates may be requested.

·         Updates are applicable on the same transaction whereas the property address, buyer, seller, and attorney remain the same.

·         Updates needed within 30 days of the original order are free.

·         Georgia associations subject to the condominium or property owners association acts may obtain a statement of account by contacting Riverside Property Management.  A statement of account will provide only the balance of the account.  A statement of account will not provide information regarding future and/or one-time charges. condo/HOA questionaires

To request a questionnaire for purchasing or refinance purposes for a condo or single-family home, please go to Association Ready.

  • Both the general and lender-specific questionnaires are requested online at Association Ready.

  • Condo questionnaires are $250 each.

  • A rush fee of $85 is placed on orders needed within 3 business days or less.

  • Please note, all condo questionnaire requests must be paid in full before the order will be processed.


refinancing

Mortgage lenders, asset managers, or current title holders may order a statement of account. A $10.00 charge per property may apply per the covenants.

Email must be sent to info@riversidepropertymgt.com BEFORE order is placed. Once the request has been made and appropriate documentation received by Riverside Property Management, you will be sent an email containing the link to place the order.

Please note, the order will not be completed until the statement of account has been paid for in full. Once the order has been approved and paid in full, the request will be completed within 5 business days or less.


Foreclosure

Listing agents, asset managers, or current title holders to property requiring a statement of account may request such document here. A $10 fee may apply per property per the community’s covenants.
